Job Descriptions:
- 1. Track and monitor the quality of PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) operations in the vehicle yard
- 2. Supervise and inspect the implementation of 6S standards in the vehicle yard
- 3. Collect, organize, and analyze PDI operation data
- 4. Handle vehicle abnormalities (NG) during the PDI process
- 5. Coordinate and liaise with personnel from other suppliers entering the vehicle yard during PDI operations
- 6. Coordinate with dealers regarding vehicle abnormalities (NG) received by the dealer
Job Requirements:
- 1. University degree, basic proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese preferred)
- 2. Over one year of experience in a related field (experience in logistics or automotive industry)
- 3. Able to work in a team and communicate well with others
- 4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) features and functions
- 5. Overall understanding of PDI Process in Carpool
- 6. Overall understanding of inbound and outbound process for shipment of vehicles
- 7. Willing to be placed in Cilincing, Marunda or Bekasi on-site location.
