- Experience at least 5 years with same position on garment industry.
- Good personal computer skills
- Good understanding Pattern Design
- Good Communication, Analyze, calculating, and have good manajerial skill.
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Highly motivated, dynamic and hard worker
- Mastering the QC system in the garment industry
- Have leadership skills and charisma to lead
- Understand knitted fabric defects and know the knitted fabric market
- Able to work mobile
- Background preferred and able to sewn the garment
- Had Working and Able to work under pressure & Fast Learner
- Able to work effectively, both independently and in a team
