Requirement:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Relevant Majors.
- Exellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin or English.
- A minimum of 3 years Manager experience in the Technology Industri or PCBA.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self motivated and forward thinking.
- Understand the manufacture of Materials process.
- Willing to improve the way of work and help each other.
- Strong leadership and analytical in problem solving.
- Have a good knowledge of ECRS, UPH, UPPH, and PDCA.
Job Summary:
- Manage production operation and quality of the product.
- Analyze abnormality of quality & production.
- Collaborate of PPIC, Maintenance & Store to reach the production target.
- Follow up the action Plan.
