Job Descriptions:
- Prepare monthly accruals
- Ensure all journals are parked accurately & timely & liaise with the supervisor for posting
- Support supervisor in managing daily accounting activities (liaise with other dept for correct accounting transaction and treatment)
- Support Supervisor in analyzing financial figures (Profit and Loss) and preparing monthly closing reports.
- Ensure all assets are properly recorded, capitalized, and depreciated (including project settlement)
- Prepare Fixed Asset Movement & project monthly report
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Have a minimum 1 year experience
- Have a knowledge in Accounting & reporting, Fixed asset taxation, and Fixed asset management
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, & reporting
