Qualification:
- Bachelor (S1) in any major, preferably in logistics Management Background.
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Logistics or Warehouse Assistant Manager in Trading Company.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations.
- Excellent Organizational and Planning skills
- Excellent decision making, conflict & time management.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities for report verification.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and distribution management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
- Prefer to location at Bekasi, Cibitung & Cikarang.
Job Responsibility:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing and distribution.
- Supervisory logistic activities both administration and warehouse.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulatory and internal procedural requirements.
- Set up and maintain an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
- Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain an efficient inbound/outbound logistic operation KPI with the most optimal cost.
- Responsible for productivity, quality of warehouse operations and inventory management (include stock count, stock accuracy, safety stock).
- Prepare and present reports on logistics KPI and quality targets to upper management.
- Controlling spare parts from arrival, storage to delivery and maintaining quality.
- Ensure all project work adheres to established quality standards and specifications.
