- Create delivery and distribution plans to meet time and cost targets.
- Determine the necessary logistics infrastructure, such as warehousing, transportation, and transport management systems to ensure logistics processes run smoothly
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to identify changing needs and adjust plans flexibly.
- Identify and evaluate processes that can be improved to enhance efficiency.
- Manage relationship and coordinate with suppliers and business partners to ensure alignment on schedules and delivery requirements.
- Manage risks associated with transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Prepare logistics performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct audits of logistics processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize regular meetings with site team to evaluate performance and establish improvement measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from management focusing in administrative or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in logistic management, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of warehouse SOPs.
- Proficient in using management systems are plus point
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong data entry skills, data analysis and data collection
- Knowledge and experience in team management
