About you:

1. Educational Background:

  • • Final year undergraduate student in reputable university
  • • Having knowledge of the relevant Indonesian law and regulations regarding the FMCG Industry (e.g., Consumer Protection law, Law on Limited Liability Companies, Trademark, Intellectual property law, Criminal law, Civil Law, Procedural Law, and others) and legal research.

2. Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in conducting thorough legal research using various databases and resources.

• Writing and Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.

• Analytical Thinking:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

3. Technical Skills:

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • • Familiarity with legal research.

About the job:

  • • Identifying and assessing a company’s legal risks and recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
  • • Case monitoring and providing timely updates to the relevant leaders or divisions.
  • • Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, especially concerning case handling.
  • • Handle administrative matters such as recording and filing legal documents to maintain excellent business practices.
  • • Assist relevant stakeholders with legal administrative filing, submission, and/or reporting of legal data.
  • • Provide legal support for the legal department when performing standard operating procedures.
  • • Assists with Legal Due Diligence for various needs.
