Junior PA for Nusa Lembongan
- Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a tropical paradise? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic PA to oversee our 9 bungalows in the beautiful island of Lembongan.
Responsibilities:
• Operations Management:
Ensure smooth daily operations of all bungalows.
• Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional service and address guest inquiries and concerns.
• Staff Supervision:
Lead, train, and manage a team of staff members.
• Maintenance Oversight:
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
• Budget Management:
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Marketing & Promotion:
Develop and implement strategies to attract guests and enhance occupancy rates.
Requirements:
- • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar setting.
- • Strong leadership and communication skills.
- • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
