- About the role
- McConnell Dowell is seeking expressions of interest in an experienced HSE Manager for our upcoming civil marine works project in Indonesia.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the project’s safety management program, ensuring compliance with regulations and company systems.
- Promote a positive safety culture through staff training, risk assessments, and regular site safety inspections.
- Investigate incidents, manage corrective actions, and report on health and safety matters.
- Oversee safety audits, site inductions, and emergency response planning.
- Assist in rehabilitation processes and support all personnel in adhering to safety protocols.
- About You
- To be considered for this role, you will have;
- Related qualifications and certifications in HSE management for the construction industry.
- Minimum 10-15 years of quality management experience in civil marine works.
