Responsibilities:
- Conduct online and offline training.
- Handle coaching and mentoring of trainees (beauty advisor).
- Conduct training evaluations.
- Carry out training reviews and visit trainees in several areas.
- Prepare materials and update training materials.
- Monitoring & improve Beauty Advisor productivity’s through training session
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Have min. 2 years of experience as Beauty Trainer (beauty industry will be a plus)
- Willing to work mobile to do training session in several areas.
- Great communication skill.
- Willing to be located in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
- Interested and have knowledge about Beauty Industry.
