Duties & Responsibilities:
- To write an effective Business Development/ Marketing job description, located in Jakarta. The position begin by listing detailed duties & responsibilities
- Organizing, planning and implementing strategy and coordinating operations in Sales & Marketing
- Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees, planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments). Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitoring operating costs, budgets and resources
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Create reports, analyze, revenues, expenses and competition also conduct regular audits to ensure process, functionable and presentable
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best. Coach and support new and existing sales
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Typically a job would require
- Proven experience as a Business Development/ Marketing in the industrial (manufacturing B2B) sector or similar position min. 5 years is preferred
- Analytical skill and market research
- Proactive in generate new leads and industry development
- Ability to create innovative approach for new product introduction and customer adoption
- Excellent communication skill and customer service orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze report and sales statistics
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
