Job Description
- The Talent Acquisition Officer performs full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on sourcing top talent by performing research and utilizing proven best practices in the industry. The Talent Acquisition Officer will ensure timely follow-ups and commitment to providing a smooth and positive recruiting experience. As a Talent Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end recruitment process runs smoothly, and also attract and recruit potential talents.
Responsible:
- Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Screening and Conduct Initial Interview:
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
- To support build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop relationships with potential candidates for ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- To support new employee onboarding
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent
- Provide a recruitment dashboard or report
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 4 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates.
- Excellence understanding in the full-cycle recruitment process with recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels including managerial positions
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus
