Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Design Interior or Architect, Civil Engineering
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the Commercial Interior or Exhibition or F&B or related industry.
- Excellent communications skills in English, both oral and written is a must
- Able to understand and implement Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Able to work as a team
- Willing to be working at project site(in town or out of town)
- Preferably experienced in commercial retail and F & B projects
- Love working with design Interior industry
- The interview will be conducted in English
Responsible:
- Plan & preparing project schedule
- Monitoring progress project from beginning until handover
- Willing to meet on site with owner, shop manager, and sub contractor.
- Able to manage project interior in the building or in the mall
- Preparing weekly site progress report
- Takes minutes of meetings
- Manage Project Budget, Cost and Time Line
- Coordinate and Manage Event which includes set up and operations for events
- Salary will commensurate with candidate working experience and qualification
