- Identify areas that need improvement and development through organizational assessment.
- Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
- Implement talent management programs, starting from talent identification, IDP preparation, to career planning.
- Develop and implement employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to develop appropriate action plans.
- Collect, analyze and report data related to organizational development and talent management programs.
- Collaborate with HRBP and department heads to ensure alignment of work programs with organizational needs.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum S1 in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development, talent management, and change management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare good reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with HR software and talent management systems is a plus.
