Job Description
About The Company:
- The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
- Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Logistics & Warehouse Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Input data and checking export import document validation BC 23, 25, 27, 20, 30.
- Submit the application of export and import to related institutions.
- Verifies all payment transactions related to import tax, vat, etc.
- Perform any import-export matters by interacting with inside / outside party concerned (customs, forwarder, DHL).
- Perform any logistics matters by interacting with inside / outside party concerned (Trucking, 3 PL, Warehouse).
- Perform inventory control related to distribution and warehouse.
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with other divisions involved (Sales, inside – sales, finance, etc).
- Monitoring the progress of shipment and delivery to customers.
- Reporting the activity related to logistics, export-import, warehouse.
- Continuous Kaizen improvement in logistics together with the team.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degre.
- Have min. 2 years of experiences in Logistics & Warehouse experience in trading company or Electrical company.
- Business level of English proficiency.
