Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies.
  • Administer the payroll process accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise general administrative (GA) activities and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees on HR-related matters, including leave management, medical benefits, employee services, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Proven administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
