PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the most suitable candidates for Finance & Accounting Manager located in Bali with the details:
Role Objectives:
- Finance & Accounting Manager will directly report to the Head of Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Tax. Responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. Also, analyzing and auditing financial reports, maintaining financial records, and implementing financial reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of S1 majoring in Finance & Accounting or appropriate major
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the same field (at least a supervisor or specialist)
- Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments
- Mastering Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to use an accounting system/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Detailed and thorough
- Able to work independently or with a team
- Willing to be located in Bali
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize Finance & Accounting daily activities and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures;
- Coordinating all audit activity
- Coordinate with other departments for the preparation of the annual budget
- Prepare accurate finance & accounting data and reporting system
- Provide Financial and Accounting Information to related external parties by assisting external consultants/parties in providing information and coordinating with related departments in providing reports and data
- Perform taxation functions
- Analyzing the operational process and recommending better finance & accounting system improvement and evaluating the working process
- Assisting and supervising team members as well as evaluating the staff based on working performance and optimizing the team to be more effective and efficient.
