Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in English, both passive and active, is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in using Google Spreadsheet, QuickBooks, Asana, and Salesforce is highly preferred.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • CRM Management
  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure no errors occur in the system.
  • Automation and Business Processes
  • Automate financial processes using internal systems.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • System Integration
  • Integrate systems with other business tools such as QuickBooks for finance and Asana for project management.
  • Manage and monitor integrations with Salesforce, Asana, QuickBooks, and other systems to ensure smooth operational flow.
