Responsibilities:
- Create and supervise appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
- Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Have good analyze and strategy for managing Store to increase good performance and GMV
- Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
- Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
- Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree Interior Design, DKV or related subject
- At least 2 years of experience with similar position in retail or beauty industry
- Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop, Ppt, Excel
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and utilization station
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey result
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to work in Alam Sutera
