Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to Operate and supervise the operations of receiving, storing and distributing materials to meet the company’s material supply needs.
- Organize resources (Man power, Raw material, consumables, and Machine/Tools) and collaborate with respective department to optimize preparing document and shipment process
- Supervise shipping control to achieve operational excellence (High Productivity, High Quality, Low Cost, On Time Delivery, Safety, Man Power discipline, and maintain enviroment)
- Able to improvement/automation action plan from reviewing current operational processes for continuous performance excellence
- Responsible for implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to maintain material stock sustainable and continuous impr
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management
- Have minimum 5 years experienced as supervisor level in manufactured company
- Have a knowledge warehouse capacity, inventory management, FIFO and stock opname
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Strong knowledge, leadership and problem solving skills
- Familiar and Experienced in Automation Warehouse, SAP and Inventory systems
- Willing to work in Karawang, Jawa Barat
