Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the installation, calibration, and maintenance of Anton Paar instruments for customers.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing any concerns or queries about the instruments.
- Conduct regular service visits and ensure timely resolution of any instrument-related issues.
- Provide training to users on the effective operation of Anton Paar instruments.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service targets, client feedback, and service schedules.
- Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery, installation, and service of instruments.
- Submit regular reports to senior management on service metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemical or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales and service, preferably with laboratory instruments.
- Familiarity with Anton Paar instruments is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
