Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities of the Finance Department
- Manage tax and treasury operations
- Manage foreign transactions and exposures
- Analyzing and preparing of Company cash flow and monthly financial forecasts
- Liaise with bankers, tax agents and relevant parties
- Ensure that all matters are in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance and/or professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 10 years of specialization in dealing and managing bankers
- Experience in handling complex cash flow management, treasury and forex transactions
- Meticulous, highly organized and good analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Expatriate well verse in Chinese language preferred
