- 1. Responsible for controlling the budget, promotions, and sales targets.
- 2. Conducting an analysis of the implementation of promotional programs against sales achievements.
- 3. Coordinating with sales operations regarding the implementation of promotional programs and sales achievements.
- 4. Developing and implementing sales and distribution strategy plans for the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
- 5. Responsible for creating sales forecasts.
Qualification:
- 1. Age Max. 30 years
2. Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management
3. Minimum experience:
2 years
- 4. Strong negotiation skills
- 5. Basic sales knowledge for Modern Trade Channel (Consignment & Distributor)
- 6. Used to handling offline stores or event booths
- 7. Able to open and develop distribution areas and Modern Trade market development
- 8. Experience in managing business with key accounts and modern trade
- 9. Understanding of trade marketing
- 10. Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
