Task Management:
- Keeping the Sales & Distribution system running well, managing routine maintenance, updates, and system security with the aim of the system always being available and operating optimally.
- Provide technical assistance and solutions to users regarding the use of the Sales & Distribution system, as well as solving technical problems that arise with the aim of ensuring a good understanding of how to use the system effectively.
- Participate in system development, propose and implement improvements, and provide input with the aim of improving the functionality of the Sales & Distribution system.
- Conduct regular monitoring and reports on system performance with the aim of identifying potential improvements or changes needed.
- Integrating the Sales & Distribution system with other systems related to the Sales & Distribution process with the aim of ensuring the process runs as a whole.
Improvement Management:
- Carry out improvements using Improvement management tools (Small Group Activity (SGA), Suggestion System (SS), CFT, A3 Report, etc.) with the aim of achieving continuous improvement from time to time
Qualifications:
- Experienced for a minimum of 2 years in a field related to Sales & Distribution systems
- Have a minimum Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related fields
- Have a good understanding of systems that are directly related to the Sales & Distribution process
- Mastering systems such as bosnet, mobile sales applications, and the like
- Able to carry out projects related to systems within the scope of Sales & Distribution efficiently.
- Understand existing business processes in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.
