- PROCESS ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Max age is 40 years old
- Have experience of more than 3 years in Process Production Engineering areas.
- Expert in the whole processing and machinery for injection and painting
- Good communication skill, fluent in English is an must to communicate with internal and external parties.
- Should be deep understanding IATF system, PPAP and Core tool.
- Strong leadership, have good presentation skills
- Troubleshoot complex injection and manufacturing process performance issues, event customer and provide technical guidance to team members
- Work with engineering activities in the design, optimization and troubleshooting of new processes and improvements in existing processes
- Collect and report data related to daily/weekly/monthly operating performance to Department Head
- Lead the technical transfer of new products from research and development to mass production
