Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer progress and the effectiveness of the treatment provided periodically
- Provide end-to-end customer service and maximize the effectiveness of the system used
- Responsible for achieving the specified volume target
- Collecting data on the characteristics of the types of goods loaded by customers
- Make forecasts of customer loads for each voyage
- Make a price quote to the customer
- Maintain relationship with existing customers
Requirements:
- Min. S1 graduate from any major in reputable University
- Open for fresh graduate and experienced
- Min. 22 years old
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to handle complaints
- Have an interest in building relationships with others
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
