  • Manager Digital Marketing
  • Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing).
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
  • Report on ROI and key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through digital channels.
  • Monitor online reputation and manage brand presence on digital platforms.
  • Guide the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing especially in Food & Beverages, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing software).
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
