Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulations for all import and export processes. Monitor work by company and local policies. Evaluate all new customs requirements and oversee daily operations by standard procedures.
- Assist in obtaining all necessary import and export permits.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to establish efficient export classifications and prepare tariff schedules.
- Provide optimal customer service and resolve all shipping issues.
- Perform all record-keeping processes. Audit all import and export files regularly.
- Monitor and respond to all inquiries and special requests. Obtain certification of all export and import products required for customs.
- Obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance with all import and export policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation/Logistics
- Have at least two years of experience in export/import
- Know export import procedures
- Have English language skills, both written and oral
- Have good communication skills and can work together with a Team
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
