Job responsibilities:
- Delivering information to distributors regarding the business process of PT Greenfields Dairy Indonesia, especially the SFA system.
- Implementing sales force automation (SFA) systems at distributors
- Monitoring module Sales Distribution (SD) from sales orders to invoices
- Monitoring and ensuring the internet network (GDI VPN connection), PC / NB (notebook or other hardware), and software used by all users (distributors) can function properly and smoothly
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related major
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience as IT Support is required for this position
- Understanding business processes in the distribution industry
- Mastering Ms. Office (excel) and SAP
