Freight Forwarder Staff
Location:
Bekasi
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas carrier, shipping agents and freight forwarders on transportation and warehousing of cargo and business documents.
- Coordinate the appropriate shipping schedule and share with customer and agents.
- Instruct the agents to prepare shipping documents to comply with customs rules and regulations.
- Communicate with overseas staffs in Thailand, Singapore, the US and so on by email.
- Other related jobs
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- have knowledge about forwarding, customs rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).
- Ability to work under pressure with strong multitasking skills.
- Proficient in logistics software or shipment management systems.
