Job Description
- Responsible for financial planning and budgeting of Indonesian business units
- Analyze the financial status of Indonesian business units, predict future financial needs, and provide financial support and suggestions for business unit development
- Responsible for preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Carrying out financial analysis, evaluating the company’s operational conditions and financial performance, as well as providing data support and suggestions for decision making
- Supervise and control budget implementation, find and resolve budget deviations in a timely manner, and ensure the realization of the company’s financial goals
- Implement cost management, optimize cost structure, reduce operational costs and increase profit levels
- Analyze and evaluate financial risks, formulate risk management strategies, and reduce the company’s financial risks and operational risks
- Responsible for tax declarations and corporate tax planning to ensure corporate tax compliance and minimize tax burden
- Ensure that the company’s financial activities comply with laws, regulations and company policies, as well as comply with accounting standards and audit requirements
- Establish and maintain a good internal control system, supervise the implementation of the company’s internal control, and prevent and reduce risks
- Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Have minimum of 5 years experience in finance/budgeting/consolidation and 2 years experience as Finance Manager
- Able to speak fluently in Mandarin
- Good analytical thinking
- Good leadership skill
- Proficient in operating Ms Office and other financial systems
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (North Jakarta)
