Job Description
- – Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Patisserie Culinary School
- – Minimum 2 years experience as a Pastry or Pastry Kitchen Commis, especially French pastry
- – Understanding of Pastry Techniques and Baking Principles
- – Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- – Control raw materials and portions as per Company’s SOP and ensure food is served at correct temperature
- – Maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times
- – Able to join immediately
- – Domicile in BALI (Pererenan)
