Requirements:
- – At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- – Bachelor’s degree of Psychology/Law/Management and other equivalent degree
- – Maximum age 43 years old
- – Deep understanding in all aspects of HR and develop strategic HR plans and policies (Recruitment & selection, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relations, and People Development)
- – Able to build strategy along with leadership skills
- – Strong analytical thinking
Responsibilities:
- – To oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes
- – Evaluating the entire Human Capital process to produce continuous improvements in achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of the HC Operations.
