- Handling customer’s complain and give information by Live Chat
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
- Requirement
- Educational Background Min D3 all literature
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Active and Good communication in English
- Have certificate for english Toefl or IELTS min level B2 (priority)
- Willing to work on shifting
- Willing to place in Yogyakarta
- Can join as soon as possible
