Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Engineering (Mechanical) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Must have previously worked in the field of automotive technical service for at least 2 years.
- Good knowledge of Product Knowledge, Manufacturing Process, Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, Product Development Process, etc.
- Good knowledge of the Automotive Repairing Industry, Vehicle Rules and Regulations, After-sales Service.
- Familiarity with automotive product development processes.
- Good skills in Microsoft tools, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good abilities in learning, problem-solving, and communication.
- Willingness to work at Pondok Indah/Cikarang.
Job Responsiblities:
- Conduct real vehicle disassembly validation on technical issues.
- Arrive at the dealerships and provide support to solve the technical problems and the customer complaints.
- Support the dealership training.
- Check and accept the maintenance cases, arrive at the dealership to check the service process, and inspect used parts.
- Guide the dealerships in carrying out the service activities and track progress.
