Job Responsibilities:
- Set up Online Sales platforms via Tik Tok or other Social Media platforms and have in depth knowledge of ecommerce.
- The Candidate must have passion in Apparel, Fabrics, Fashions, Trends. This involves creating a revenue stream from various
- platforms as well as live streaming. Create Content that will attract the buyers, Ability to work on Target based remunerations.
- The Candidate will have to have a network of contacts in e commerce and social media collaborators and promotion agencies.
- Products are Fabrics, Apparel and other Textile based merchandise
Job Descriptions:
- Prior experience in a Leadership Role in Sales, preferably in e commerce
- – Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, design and implement incentive schemes
- – Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth based on market trends in ecommerce
- – Ability to create content to promote the product on hand
- – Ability to design, determine which products will sell
- – Excellent communication (fluency in English) and presentation skills
- – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and others
- – Willing to be placed in South Tangerang
- – Bachelor’s degree in any major, especially Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- – Knowledge of Fashion, Retail industry is a plus.
- – Self Driven and aggressive in achieving set targets.
- – Want to establish the career and open for more growth opportunities.
- – Willing to work on incentive based remuneration package.
- – Can condition yourself in front of the camera (Full of confidence in front of the camera)
- – Ready to do live streaming on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and national holidays, and willing to work overtime when there is a live streaming schedule in the evening.
- – Have skills and neat appearance as well as a cheerful and pleasant personality,
- – Have good communication skills, can speak quickly with clear and precise pronunciation of words.
- – Able to build interaction with live streaming audience
- – Able to increase sales through live streaming (TikTok) or other social media.
- – Able to work under pressure, targets and deadlines.
