Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
- Address errors to promote client satisfaction
- Manage inventory databases
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Streamline and automate sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts. Identify and implement CRM system enhancements to support sales operations.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales performance against targets and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in Sales & Logistic minimal 2 years
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills. Proficiency in English
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in the marine or oil and gas industry is a plus
