Job Description

  • We are looking for someone to lead and spearhead our wholesale sales effort for Bali Forages to be placed in Jakarta. We are a Nutrition and Specialty food company on a mission to improve and benefit the health of people and the planet. Candidates will have the opportunity to grow together with the company. We are seeking a passionate, result-driven, and highly motivated candidate to join our team. He/she will be required to meet sales targets, close and negotiate deals, drive new leads, and push toward customer acquisitions for Bali and Jakarta.
  • Responsibilities
  • To have in-depth and up-to-date product knowledge, from sourcing, processing, and anything and everything that is related-to-the product and the brand.
  • Actively seek out wholesale opportunities and identify prospecting clients/partners
  • Strategize, plan, and overcome hurdles and obstacles to meet objectives and drive results.
  • Proactive in finding ways and solutions to improve sales
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new wholesaler partners, identifying key personnel and important decision-makers to ensure the ease of doing business.
  • Building and maintaining Bali Forages Wholesale database documentation.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with wholesalers and clients
  • Up-to-date and highly knowledgeable with the latest information regarding competitors, other players, market trends, and the industry landscape

Ensuring a smooth and exceptional end-to-end process:

from leads, negotiating, and executing deals, to ensuring the product is displayed according to our branding guidelines, pushing for the best display location, checking inventory, ensuring fulfillment of commitments, and strategizing for future re-orders.

  • Ensuring client/partner success by providing excellent support and services to make sure that our wholesale partner’s performance excels to secure re-orders.
  • Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to create appropriate planning and strategy and utilize company resources in order to achieve targets
  • Monitor sales targets and inventory to ensure a smooth timeline to fulfill commitments.
  • Motivate and drive other sales and team members to push for the goal and targets
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor degree / S1
  • Good Negotiation skills, excellent communication and solid interpersonal skills
  • Positive and Go-getter attitude
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proven work experience in closing deals and meeting sales targets in the Indonesia & Jakarta FMCG spaces
  • Good understanding of sales principles, processes, and customer service practices
  • Ability to perform problem-solving actions in a timely manner
  • Is able to work independently and also a team player
  • Adaptable, flexible, and is able to strategize to optimize and maximize outcomes to meet sales target
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales or related roles in F&B and premium/specialty food products
