- Maintain day to day tech-product operations dan make sure everything runs smoothly
- Align with head of product engineer to report any issues related to product and identify tech-product improvement and implementation
- Review and update the Help Page/FAQ Pages – for Hangry App user
- Create/update manual book of tech-product
- Assign the task to the product operation officer team
- Create and update the manual book for tech-product
- Handling customer, troubleshooting, or understanding Hangry tech-based product issues
- Weekly review of customer complaints about tech-based product issues
- Handling platform content related issues (menu/promo)
- Register new menu and new outlet on POS
- Update menu information (name, price, and structure on POS System, Intools, and Delivery Channel) on a weekly basis using OrderHub tools
- Align with other teams (MKT, PM, and GA ) for the menu/new outlet registration process
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Any Major
- 1 /2 years on administrative task
- Proficient in Excel
- Communication Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Analytical Skill
