Kalbe Farma (BU Ethical) is looking for a Finance Analyst with details below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to assist in strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to management.
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; with Min GPA of 3.50
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willing to be placed at Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta
