Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting duties such as bookkeeping and scanning all invoices
- Manage the accounts payable of all our vendors
- Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices according to payment terms
- Manage and balance petty cash account
- Process internal purchase orders from all departments
- Accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Give monthly budgeting reports to management
- Cross checking all supplier invoices vs purchase order
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in a related field preferred
- Must have spoken and written in English
- Must be willing to work/train using our accounting software program
- Ability to understand the procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
- Well organized, time management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and honest
