Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sweepers in the assigned area and ensuring progress of tickets closure performance are per commonly set target.
- Assist sweepers in providing solutions and guidance for problems arising on a day to day basis.
- Provide coaching and motivate sweepers in order to achieve the commonly set target.
- Monitor and control all activities within assigned regions.
- Liaison with other internal and external parties to ensure assistance to solve these problems obtained.
- Conduct monthly evaluation to the performance of sweepers and take necessary measurements for improvement.
- Prepare weekly/ daily report to SPM using the agreed reporting form sheet and propose for improvement.
- Perform negotiation with landlords or community at escalation level.
- Ensure all coordinators and sweepers are in line with company’s regulations when performing duties on field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role related to site acquisition within Telco Industry.
- Have 5 years experience as SITAC Coordinator
- Min. Bachelor Degree in civil engineering/ management/ or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Site Acquisition and legal documentation.
- Highly Developed knowledge of Site Acquisition routine procedures and processes.
- Highly Developed in customer management skills.
- Good in managing work independently and within a team.
- Good in handling flexibility and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
- Highly Developed when open approach to solving problems and dealing with new proposals.
- Good in a thorough and methodical approach to work.
- Highly Developed in managing work to tight time schedule.
- Have knowledge of basic HSE.
