- Monitor and evaluate the overall progress of the team. Solve organizational and unit related problems. Ensure overall status and progress of all activities within the team is directed towards completion in accordance to desired results, being on time and within budget. Utilizing discipline to ensure high-value success.
Job Description:
- Carrying out maintenance work on electrical equipment parts of production machines to prevent damage or serious problems while production machines are operating
- Prepare and approve inspection or visit schedules for subordinates in regards to completion of tasks and activities within the department.
- Develop financial strategic planning in budgeting, and manage cost saving in accordance to assure quality and costs in the completion of activities.
- Promote risk management to avoid and minimize risks of decisions taken.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Have at least 4 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical
- Good communication and analytical thinking
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
