- Design project implementation plans to achieve goals and objectives in line with the organization’s business strategy.
- Coordinate member formation, implementation strategy and project charter preparation together with Project Sponsor, Project Management Office Unit Head and Project Manager.
- Submit a project implementation proposal to Management.
- Monitor the project implementation process and ensure that it runs in accordance with the planning, timeline, and target set by the Project Sponsor and create Project Progress reports.
- Supervise and review the Project Manager in the completion of the project in accordance with the timeline and Project Charter.
- Manage risks, obstacles, and change processes within the project scope, and collaborate with the Project Manager in conducting evaluations to take necessary corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and manage the administration of each project implemented.
Job Requirment:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree, all majors.
- Preferably with 1 year experience in Financial Services Industry
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skill and teamwork, Problem Solving and Negotiation
- Good in English both Speaking and Writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powepoint and Visio)
