Job Description
- Our client, as one of the world online travel agents, is now currently looking for a Customer Service who is able to speak Melayu and also fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to all customers’ concerns regarding travel queries.
- Responding to posts and messages received from client’s social media account.
- Executing escalation que on refund related enquiries due to travel cancellation.
- Review all NPS & journey related surveys and approve or reject surveys to be posted.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Preferably to have prior work experience on Customer Service, specific for online travel agents will be a plus.
- Good proficiency in Melayu and English (at least reading and writing).
- High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has the analytical thinking.
- Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
- Willing to work from our office in Yogyakarta.
- Able to join in immediate effect.
