Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and modify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents involving the company.
- Maintained contract database and managed executed contract versions.
- Prepare the first draft or first revision of documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze the legal implications of the company’s business activities.
- Draft and review legal matters such as confidentiality agreements, memoranda of understanding, and cooperation agreements.
- Provide legal advice to management and related departments regarding legal compliance, risks, and business strategies.
- Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated, and appropriate.
- Manage company policies and ensure internal compliance with legal standards.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Two years of work experience as a legal officer in a company or notary office
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Skilled and experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Strong understanding of corporate Law, contracts, and applicable regulations. Good analytical skills in understanding and interpreting legal documents.
- Know regulations and laws related to the company’s industry.
- Have a meticulous attitude and be detail-oriented.
