- • Develop and analyze Corporate HR strategies.
- • Provide advice to resolve issues when complex and sensitive conditions occur in the organization related to daily processes – whether related to administration, policy, violations, or terminations.
- • Manage and analyze organization conditions related to organizational structure design, job analysis, job evaluation, and job design.
- • Manage and analyze the talent acquisition process – from the recruitment and selection process to career and succession planning – especially at the managerial level.
- • Develop and analyze HR Management System
- • Conduct HR compliance
- • Monitor, control, and analyze remuneration activities, personnel administration and general affair.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Law.
- • Have experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
- • Minimum ten years of work experience with five years at the managerial level.
- • Has competency and experience in recruitment and selection, career and succession planning, organizational structure design, job analysis, workload analysis, HR system management, research, data analysis, project management, personnel administration, remuneration, and people development.
- • Understand Employment Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- • Have a passion for managing and developing an organization.
- • Open-minded and adaptable to dynamic environmental changes.
- • Able to work under pressure with strong analytical thinking and decision-making.
