- Qualifications & experience
- Must have minimum 3 years of Sales experience in similar position.
- Educational background is a minimum S1 Degree majoring in Engineering discipline.
- Good presentation, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship with customers within industry in Petrochemical, Paint and Coating, Chemical, Oil and Gas, Refineries, and EPC.
- Have good manners and work ethics.
- Understanding on Mechanics, Fluid Transfer, Intruments, and Automation.
- Strong Excel skills & Power Point skills are required.
- A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.
- Have professional look, interpersonal abilities, and fast learner.
- Can speak Japanese/Mandarin is a plus.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and targets for a specific market by developing a proactive plan for new and existing clients, following up leads, proactive cold-calling sales visits, demo and training, proposal, and product specification.
- Visit and contact customers regularly, develop a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and build a strong relation with key customers.
- Work with cross functional teams and product specialists to determine specific products and design proposal to customers.
- Support the development and execution of the sales strategic planning process.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
